Refund Policy

 

We value your commitment to our workshops and strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process. Please read the following terms carefully:

Cancellations by Participant

All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a ₹5000 administration fee.

If you cancel 28 days or more prior to the start of the workshop, 50% of the workshop fee will be refunded (minus the administration fee).

If you cancel within 10 days of the training start date, no refund will be issued.

Cancellations by Organizer

In the unlikely event that we cancel the training due to low registrations or unforeseen circumstances, your full workshop fee will be refunded.

Please note: We are unable to reimburse any additional costs such as travel, airfare, or accommodation expenses.

Substitutions & Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another participant by notifying us in writing, subject to approval.

Transfers to a future workshop may be allowed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
