I’m a Psychologist trained in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), working primarily with teens and young adults. Much of my work involves helping individuals make sense of overwhelming emotions, relationship patterns, and inner conflicts that often go unheard. I use an integrative approach, incorporating CBT, and mindfulness-based tools alongside emotion-focused work, depending on what best supports the client. I value therapy as a collaborative, evolving process — one that grows as both the therapist and client grow. While my main focus is on adolescents and young adults, I’m open to exploring work with other populations with care and ethical curiosity.
