I am a trained Clinical Psychologist and a certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist with over 5 years of experience in the field of mental health. My practice is in Mumbai and I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. I completed my M.A. in Clinical Psychology and my M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology. I am registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and adolescents in addressing concerns such as anger issues, emotional struggles, low mood, anxiety, stress, self confidence issues, panic attacks, relationship and marital concerns, past traumatic experiences, intimacy issues, personal growth, and sleep disturbances. I believe that everyone has an inner strength, even when they don’t feel it themselves. My role is to help clients reconnect with that strength and learn healthier ways to cope, communicate, and grow. I create a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space, where people feel comfortable opening up at their own pace. Inspired by Nietzsche’s quote, “He who has a why to live can bear almost any how,” I help clients build resilience and develop the skills they need to thrive.
