Sarah Findlay
Bio :
Sarah is a therapist who completed her Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her trauma-informed approach to client care is collaborative and holistic, aiming to help people along their path of self-integration. “My primary goal as a therapist is to build a solid therapeutic relationship where you feel safe, validated, and heard. I am curious to learn your strengths and cultural diversities and collaboratively create therapy goals based on exploring and reflecting on your lived experience. I am empathic and compassionate and have faced the reality of life’s ups and downs, which allows me to provide an accepting, non-judgemental space where all emotions, tears, and humour are honoured. Together we will create an equitable partnership and explore your presenting concerns that cause emotional distress. I am privileged to accompany you on your journey into authentic self-healing.”
