Bio :
I landed in psychology after ruling out engineering, medicine, and commerce—turns out my attention span had standards. Studying psychology in India wasn’t exactly the “safe” choice, but curiosity has always been louder than caution for me. I started doing therapy during COVID, when anxiety and depression were having their main-character moment. What began as online pro-bono sessions slowly turned into a full-fledged practice that grew entirely through word of mouth. I completed my Master’s in Psychology around the same time, and somewhere along the way, I’ve clocked 15,000+ hours of therapy (which explains why I now notice emotional patterns everywhere). These days, I work with about 25–30 clients and firmly believe therapy isn’t about being “fully healed” — it’s about being grounded, human, and present. I bring a steady core into the room, but I’m always learning alongside the people I work with. My work focuses on attachment styles, communication chaos, body image, self-worth, grief, trauma, anxiety, anger, and emotional regulation—especially the kind shaped by social conditioning that we all pretend doesn’t affect us (spoiler: it does). I work eclectically, borrowing from psychoanalytic, narrative, body-based, ACT, and Gestalt approaches, and I keep things largely non-directive because I trust the process (and my clients). At the heart of my practice is helping people gently unpack the emotions hiding under shame, silence, and taboo—the ones secretly running the show. I also work part-time as an adjunct faculty, teaching Master’s students, because apparently I enjoy thinking and talking about feelings both in and out of the therapy room.
