For nearly 2 decades, I navigated the high-pressure world of corporate environments and the unique complexities of expatriate life. I know firsthand the hidden weight of professional stress and the feeling of being untethered in a new culture and environment. Today, I combine that lived experience with clinical training to help my clients navigate their own journey. I operate from a humanistic, non-pathologizing perspective. This means I don’t see my clients as a ‘diagnosis’ to be fixed, but rather as a human being doing their best to navigate life’s challenges. My practice is rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), where we collaboratively work directly with your emotions to create awareness of unhelpful patterns and reconnect you with your inner strengths.
